By accessing or using the Web Genius platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian, you agree to these terms on behalf of your child using the platform.

2. Educational Services

Web Genius provides online courses, mentorship, and educational content. We reserve the right to modify the curriculum, schedule, or platform features at any time to improve the educational experience.

3. Code of Conduct

We foster a safe and positive learning environment. Students are expected to:

• Treat mentors and peers with respect.
• Not share inappropriate content or language.
• Not share personal contact information with other students.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension from the program without refund.

4. Payments and Refunds

Tuition fees are due upon registration. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for full refunds. After 14 days, refunds are not typically provided except in extenuating circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

Students retain ownership of the projects (games, stories, code) they create. Web Genius retains ownership of the course materials, videos, and platform code.

6. Limitation of Liability

Web Genius is an educational tool. We are not responsible for how students use the skills learned outside of our platform.
